Mail Desk — Privacy

Mail Desk is a private email workspace for its owner. It is not a public email service. Contact: admin@atnafoods.com.

With the owner's consent, Mail Desk accesses the connected Google and Microsoft mailboxes to display messages and attachments, organize priorities and folders, update read status and flags, and create or edit drafts. Sending occurs only when the owner explicitly chooses to send. Deleting in Mail Desk moves a message into the provider's recoverable Trash or Deleted Items folder.

The app processes email addresses, message headers, contents, attachments, folder information, read status, flags, and drafts. It stores encrypted provider access credentials and encrypted cached messages in the private application's database to renew authorized connections and synchronize changes. Reviewed summaries and draft excerpts may also be retained in the owner's private project and morning-review workflow.

The owner's authorized OpenAI/Codex workflow may read mail to prepare summaries and draft responses. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data to operate this private application. Mail Desk does not sell email data or use it for advertising. Mail Desk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Mail data is visible only to the authenticated owner in the private app. Provider connections use OAuth, and Mail Desk does not request or store mailbox passwords. Encryption and authentication reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

The owner can revoke the app's access through Google Account or Microsoft account settings. Revocation stops future provider access; it does not itself erase existing cached messages or saved summaries. The owner can request removal of those records and connection credentials through the contact above. Records are retained while needed for the owner's email organization workflow or until their removal is requested. The underlying mail remains subject to the provider's retention and recovery policies.

This notice will be updated if the app's data practices change. It applies to Mail Desk, rather than to unrelated business websites or services.
